Our Tariffs

Self-catering flats equipped for maximum of six (6) persons (including adults and children) with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 180 degree sea view. On Promenade close to main beach. Swimming pool, Braai facilities and Laundry on premises. Linen (excluding towels) supplied and changed every 7 nights. Bring own towels, kitchen cloths & toilet paper. DSTV (Hotel bouquet) in flat. Secure parking in building for one vehicle included. Please inform Reception if you have a high vehicle. Trailer and extra vehicle parking are available at additional cost. Unless vehicles and trailers display parking stickers it will not be allowed on the premises. Please note that NO PETS are allowed. NO DAILY CLEANING. Cleaning of the unit can be arranged at reception for your own cost. All Rates as well as Seasons and flat numbers are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment has to be received 10 days before arrival. Rules and regulations are available in flats. Arrival strictly after 14h00 and departure strictly by 09h00.

TARIFFS PER NIGHT PER UNIT (INCLUSIVE OF VAT)

1. Non-refundable administration fee of R450 payable per booking per flat.
2. 50% deposit payable within 3 days after preliminary booking; otherwise the booking will be cancelled without prior notice.
3. Balance of fees plus administration fee is payable at least 10 days before arrival.
4. Cancellation of confirmed booking subject to a fee of 10% of total amount – minimum of R700.00 [plus non-refundable admin fee of R450.00]. If cancelled 3 weeks or less before arrival date – No refunds
5. Vehicles and trailers parked illegally will be clamped (Unclamping fee R250).
6. Please note that we don’t have accommodation for one night, the minimum is two nights.
7. No arrivals after 20h00.
8. After booking has been confirmed all alterations (either dates or number of persons) are subject to a fee of R100.00 per change.
9. No alterations allowed on arrival or less than 2 weeks prior to arrival.
